# 1. Introduction

**Avocado DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) is a collection of contributors that believe in the benefits of blockchain technologies and the metaverse.** To advance those benefits, the Avocado DAO intends to undertake and facilitate a range of activities that initially will enhance the ecosystem of blockchain games as well as provide content creation and experiential opportunities to their members.

Avocado IDO Limited, as a participant in the Organization, will focus on investing in current and future NFT (Non-Fungible Token) assets within games and emerging metaverses and selectively lending these NFTs to Organization members. The goal of such lending arrangements is to enhance the playing experience of Organization members. Within the Organization, the Avocado Guild ($AVG) token acts as a "Utility token" which provides limited in-game rights and opportunities to players to enhance their playing experience. The $AVG token is not designed, nor intended to be, a medium of exchange which has value outside of the Orgnization, nor a financial instrument where holders should expect a financial return.
One of the underlying motives for the Avocado DAO is to foster an environment in which more people can be exposed to blockchain technologies and specifically learning and experiential opportunities within different metaverses. This motive will be accomplished through accessibility and education provided by the Avocado DAO.
In essence, the Avocado DAO is a facilitator of the metaverse community who believe that the metaverse has the potential to improve the way in which things get done and the lives of many.
# 2. Vision

Our utilization of constant learnings from the community and contributors is intrinsically linked to exploring opportunities within the blockchain gaming metaverse as well as playing a major role in ensuring the long term sustainability of the blockchain gaming space.

Our thriving community members will gain access to all future Avocado platform capabilities that will act as a collective conduit for members to explore blockchain learning and gaming opportunities in the new world of decentralized and tokenized metaverse economies. The Avocado DAO onboards beginners in blockchain and cryptocurrencies into a platform in a manner that would otherwise not be easily accessible or cost effective to them.
The Avocado DAO has a wide range of goals that, for now, have been strategically optimized. This includes focusing on making cryptocurrency and tokens accessible through education by other members of the community who have already gained sufficient knowledge and understand its power to make an impact. This initiative has already enabled thousands of people around the globe, from all walks of life, to enter the blockchain metaverse and improved the lives of those facing adversity. The community promotes its own growth with scope to encourage as much of the world as they possibly can, as the consensus is that Avocado DAO is a foundation for a better world.
As we shift the focus to the future, our aspiration is to foster increased participation in metaverse technologies in a multitude of gaming and non-gaming mediums. The Avocado DAO plans on partnering up with blockchain based game developers to develop engaging content for both casual and professional gamers.
The Avocado DAO aims eventually to be a community builder for new games utilizing game agnostic scholarship management technology to scale operations across multiple games, and to become a portal to the emergence of metaverses.
The utility of the platform as described will make the DAO the largest community in blockchain gaming, for gamers ranging from casual players all the way through to the competitive stage.

# 3. Mission
The Avocado DAO aims to be bold and embrace the forefront of blockchain technology and innovation. Our mission is expansive and linked to more than just one focus, this can be segmented into the following key areas:
* **Education:** To educate and introduce people new to crypto to the benefits of crypto gaming, whilst assisting them in learning about the possibilities with how the DeFi space can truly enhance their lives and communities to build an enhanced version of the world we know today.
* **Acquisition:** To identify and invest in blockchain gaming assets with a high value proposition along with a large scalable capacity for development and growth. Part of this process would be to assess the current and future capabilities of games to provide yield attractive experiential and learning opportunities for our community members.
* **Partnership Alignment:** To engage in mutually beneficial relationships to form strategic alliances with crypto gaming companies to enrich platforms with Avocado DAO industry leading knowledge and governance.
* **Establishment:** Develop game agnostic scaling technology for cross game and cross chain integrations to increase scholarship size, game exposure and increasing revenue . Growing the community sustainably by educating and empowering it with the right instruments to help them perform their best and be proud of the foundation.
* **Aspirations:** There are abundant possibilities for Avocado DAO.
# 4. DAO Operating Model
**Avocado DAO Model**
The acceleration in development of the metaverse has given rise to significant untapped and new potential in the digital economy and community building. The model of Avocado DAO is to bring demonstrable change and enduring impact to communities around the world, by utilizing economic concepts related to the metaverse and Play to Earn (P2E) games, coupled with innovative development of technology and community building.
The $AVG token is designed to facilitate community members participating in the gaming experience provided by the Avocado DAO platform. Avocado DAO will build a scholarship management portal for tracking the performance of scholars across multiple games. By assessing the progress of the scholars, the guild can better empower and leverage off the strengths of each individual scholar to place them in activities that they can excel in, leading to enhanced playing experiences and better identification of scholars for different genres of future P2E game integration.
**Key DAO Operations**
* Investing in NFT assets across multiple game platforms and across different chains. Lending of Avocado DAO NFTs to scholars for gameplay, to support their playing experience.
* Investing in NFT platforms and projects that will bring strategic value to Avocado DAO.
* Investing directly into P2E games that demonstrate traction and economic potential .
* Integrating the Avocado DAO portal with game partners, analytics, and DeFi protocols to provide additional services to scholars.
**Avocado DAO Value Generation**
Avocado DAO will generate value from the following sources:
* Appreciation in the value of digital NFT assets acquired and owned by the Avocado DAO.
* Increased offering of products and experience to the Avocado scholar community.
* Partnership incentives.
**Utilization of Avocado $AVG Token**
$AVG Token holders will have access to the following:
* Participation in unique in-game experiences
* The ability to participate and vote in the future decisions and directions of Avocado DAO
* Early access to future projects and services
# 5. DAO Governance

**Avocado DAO is owned and governed by the $AVG token holders.**

Avocado DAO will ultimately be governed by the DAO contributors as smart contracts for proposals, voting and governance gets developed. The DAO contributors will guide the direction of the DAO to grow scholarship size, build out technology and develop future roadmaps. Eventually, the DAO will be controlled by the $AVG token holders who will all have rights to vote on DAO decision making. The goal will be to widespread the distribution of $AVG tokens so that it can truly be governed by the community for benefit of the community.

The first step of this evolution will be governance proposals for smaller projects like direction of scholarship programs with Avocado DAO and eventually leading onto future decisions that will shape the future of Avocado DAO.
In the early phase, the policies will allow the following actions to be executed by the DAO contributors for the benefit of the Avocado DAO.
> 1. Token swaps with existing and emerging crypto games and projects
> 2. Treasury allocation into investing in different NFT and Crypto Games from casual to triple A.
> 3. Treasury allocation in growing scholar teams in various NFT games
> 4. Decision on creating new vault to allow $AVG token holders to earn yield on new DAO activities
> 5. Decision on new vaults with strategic partners for yield generation.
> 6. Grants to development team to update Avocado DAO Core Protocols.
> 7. Grants or milestone rewards to development and R\&D contributors (to build The DAO's products and features)
**In the final phase,** proposals will be initiated by the successful passing of the votes by $AVG token holders through smart contracts.

**6.1.3 Ecosystem/Community**
Avocado DAO success will be influenced by the collaborative efforts of all contributors.
Avocado Guild members can contribute by participating in horizontal game integration, completing educational courses on crypto education or excelling in guild operations and being promoted to guild managers, leaders, and masters. Ecosystem and community tokens will be rewarded to the community for their contribution to benefit the DAO ecosystem.
The purpose of the reward programs is to encourage community involvement and incentivize participation in guild and Avocado DAO management.
New technologies will be implemented over time that will allow for Avocado DAO governance proposals to pilot changes across the guild from scholarship management to game investment strategies. These proposals can be suggested and voted upon by $AVG token holders and token rewards will be awarded for passed proposals.
# 7. Technology
**$AVG Token**
$AVG Tokens will be ERC-20 tokens issued on the Ethereum network. The Token Launch Auction (TLA) will be launched on the Copper platform through a Balancer Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool (BLBP). This TLA model provides open-access distribution of $AVG.
**Game Agnostic Scholarship Technology**
A suite of game-agnostic scholarship management tools to provide scalable solutions for Avocado DAO. Crypto P2E games are not developed to natively support scholarship programmes. To ensure the sustainable growth of our scholarship programmes across a multitude of games, Avocado developed technological solutions to optimize Scholarship activities and yield generation, including:
* Scholar performance tracking and reporting
* Minting simulation and recommendations
* Transfer of ERC20 and ERC721 tokens
* Onboarding of new scholars
* Coaching and educating scholar on game and blockchain knowledge
* Comprehensive integrated database
# 7.1 Security
Security is paramount
**Security Mechanisms**
In order to achieve maximum security for Avocado DAO and its stakeholders, we will be completely transparent with all actions and transactions made by Avocado DAO, and are working closely with a trusted and renowned third-party auditor to ensure the highest level of security, transparency and professional standards are maintained at all times.
**Multi-Signature Wallets**
Multi-sig wallets are another way we maintain safety and security of all assets under management. This is a risk-management mechanism we have implemented. The DAO’s treasury assets are to be managed by multiple keyholders. Two or more private key signatures are required to send transactions. This will ensure maintenance of the security and integrity of the DAO treasury function.
