🏦12. The Treasury

The Guild treasury will hold 15% of the total $AVG tokens.

• Goal of the treasury is to manage and grow the Avocado DAO assets. The treasury funds will be utilized in a responsible manner for the benefit of Avocado DAO which would pass on value generated by DAO activities back to $AVG holders.

• The treasury will be managed by a Gnosis multi-signature wallet.

Tokens

• Swaps for crypto assets, playable NFTs for scholarship growth into Axie Infinity, Cyball, Sipher and a range of upcoming games.

• Partnerships - token swaps with strategic partners that can benefit the guild.

• Investing into current and upcoming Play2Earn games in exchange for future tokens.

• Future fundraising rounds and token buybacks.

• R&D - Develop and improve technology, develop token use cases, improve functionality of Avocado DAO.

Use of Funds

• Technology development and automation tools for current and future needs. Scaling of solutions in Axie Infinity as well as future games that Avocado DAO will be deploying scholars to. App and website integrated development. Game agnostic research and development.

• Invest in playable NFTs, digital land and partnership tokens.

• Operations Management - Daily operations, financial and legal compliance.

• Global expansion and marketing
